By using the "Barcode" application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes on an Android device that you own or control.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. The App is designed to operate primarily offline.

• All barcode data is stored locally on your device.
• We do not have access to your scanned history or biometric data.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of the barcodes you scan or generate.
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device (e.g., using Biometric Lock where available).

5. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes Google ML Kit and ZXing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
